Return, refund & exchange policy - must read before booking
- For any issues parcel opening video is must without any cut & paste.
- Without parcel opening video no complaint will attend. Follow this rule very strictly.
- Any issues regarding size varied, damage, colour or design varied must clearly shown in your parcel opening video.
- Exchange only for damage.
- Choose correct size - For size issues no exchange or return.To avoid size issues,please measure your size & book.
- Thread coming is not considered as damage.
- For dislike issues no exchange or return.
- Before booking itself clear all your queries & doubts.
- Read product details, return & refund policy carefully.
- If any parcel return due to customer not attend call or customer not available, you need to pay shipping charge for redispatch.
- If any parcel returned to supplier, no refund will be provided only redispatch if you pay shipping charges.
- If any wrong from our side either giving compensation or we will exchange & give based on the issues.
- colour may slightly varied due to photography effect (mostly try to attach real pic and video).
- For exchange, you must send parcel to supplier (within 3 days) after approved & please share me tracking details.
- Within 3 days if you not send parcel through courier,we will not accept exchange.
- If our side wrong, we will give you courier charge for returning exchange parcel (maximum 50rs india post charge ).
- We will refund the amount only if particular collection is out of stock. Mostly we will try to exchange & give.
- In some case if any refund - shipping extra charges will not be refunded (only product price will refund).
- Refund only after successful delivered to supplier.
- same collection & same design will be exchange.
- Exchange duration (10 to 20 days).process - sent to my address (via indiapost normal charges)..After reached to my address i will sent on behalf you (or)sometimes i will try to arrange pickup direct from customer place (or) We will send supplier address to you to send return parcel.
- After 2 days of order delivered, if torn or damage we are not responsible.
- please follow washing conditions according to the type of cloth better avoid machine wash.
- Bring any complaint within 2 days of delivery.
- No complaint will be accepted if you bring complaint after 2 days of delivery.
- Before booking kindly check real pic or video if included. Model or reference pic will be varied with real one.
- No order will be cancelled or refund after booked or after dispatched.
- If any complaint regarding size issues which is wrong from our side, you need to take size measurement with tape & send me pic. Without measurement we will not accept it if you blame our side.
- Measurement must be proper with chest size. If any wrong our side, we will surely accept it for exchange.
- 99% damage will not come.
- We will follow all this rules strictly. Please dont mistake us if you not read or follow our policy properly.
- if any body tell false reason for return, if found no excuse will be given strictly no return / exchange.
- Please recharge your mobile. Please attend call from courier. Courier number is new please dont cut the call. Please dont blame courier side. Give number for booking which incoming call is working.
- If customer not attend the call or customer not available or address not found like this mentioned in tracking & same order also returned to supplier. You need to pay shipping charge for redispatch. Note : if free shipping mentioned also you need to pay shipping if product returned & redispatch .
- Redispatch process - product returned to supplier › supplier will redispatch. You need to wait till its reached to supplier. (Duration - minimum 10 days process › returning time & again delivering time).
